Reading peoples review did help some but there werent really good photos to show how great of a camera this really is. The most useful part of the package is the self remote and stand. This camera package was probably the best out there for the market and I am SO glad that I got it! Camera is worth every penny and it comes with practically everything you would ever need to get set up. I am thinking about doing some amateur photography and this camera will do way more than just that for me. Great screen especially with it being touch screen. Ive attached some photos for you all to see how great it is -- amateur and professionally. Let me know if my review was helpful!

Everything came as expected. Takes Beautiful pictures, havent tried everything yet but so far Im very satifised. Love the fact that the camera has built in wifi. For anyone interested, Canon has an app that lets you control the camera through your phone. You can see what the picture will be and then snap the picture from your phone. Its the ultimate selfie camera.

I will have to come back and edit this review after we can actually use the camera. The seller, Ritz Camera, had no battery or charger in this package! I would have rather had a battery and charger than some of the other extras that will take me quite a while to get around to using. I am waiting to hear back from Ritz Camera.

This is my first SLR camera. I did quite a bit of research on what kind of a camera kit I wanted. In the end the lenses was the biggest factor why I chose this camera kit. I read in the reviews that most camera kits came with cheaply made Polaroid items. And I do have to agree with that. But honestly, you pay for the camera and the lenses, not for the accessories that come with it. The camera itself works great and it is everything a beginner would want in a starter SLR camera. Now I do want to say something about Ritz Cameras customer service. When I received the package , the 2.2x telephoto lens was rattling loose in its housing (Polaroid). I wrote a email to Ritz Camera and explained what happened and that I would like to know how they would like to handle the situation. I was fully prepared to either send the item (2.2x lens and wide angle lens come as a bundle) back to them and exchange them for a new one, or to hear that I would have to contact the Manufacturer and have them deal with it. Within a day I received an email back that Ritz Camera would send me a new lens with no cost to me and I didnt even have to send the damaged lens back. Wow, that was unexpected and I have to say that they made me more then happy. This is how you get customers for life. Thanks again Ritz Camera!

I love this camera! I was so excited to get it, I counted down the days. Everything came on time as shown in the picture except for the filters, I got three instead of four, but no worries. Im not even sure the description said it came with four. The only things I havent used yet are the smaller tripod, the flash, and the universal remote (cant figure out how to use it, but thats easy to Google...) The bag is spacious but so far I can only fit the camera body, two Canon lenses, and little supplies in it. The Ritz camera telephoto and wide angle lenses will not fit in the bag. The bag has removable "sliders" that you can velcro into different positions in order to fit more in the bag. Ive seen some reviews saying that nothing is Polaroid or Canon. Thats wrong. The only things that are Ritz are the filters, the bag, the two small lenses, and possibly the flash. Even the cleaning kit is Polaroid. This is an amazing kit. I would suggest buying an extra battery though if youre in the market to get any camera! I keep using mine so much I have to charge it twice a day!

I read the comments on the lenses, and looked at the photos. Some comments said they were not Cannon lenses, some said "look at the phot, they ARE Cannon lenses." The wide angle and high definition lenses ARE NOT CANNON LENSES. It CLEARLY STATES THEY ARE NOT. I overlooked that and was disappointed. Good started kit. As others have commented, many of the items included are very beginner quality, so as you get more involved with photography and how to use them, you will need better quality pieces. The camera bag included is far too small to fit everything into it comfortably. I use it as my back-up bag when I know I just need the camera and 1 other lens and maybe the filters,lens cleaner and flash pack. I bought a larger bag to fit everything into. Ive only just gotten it, so I have not experimented with it much yet, but have taken photos at 2 family parties and they have turned out well. Looking forward to learning to use this camera more.

Having recently lost my T5 to a smash and grab, I decided to take a step newer with this T6. It is a great point and shoot on auto, but is also a really great learning camera (or backup camera) for people like me, learning the ins and outs of photography. The little wide angle screw on lens is especially interesting for me. Once I get the hang of using it to get the shots of my flowers the way I want, I may buy an actual full size macros lens. The kit is really nice, it replaced everything I lost at once for about the price of the camera. My husband assures me that once I learn to use all the functions and features that I will want to graduate into a bigger (more expensive) model, but I love the little T6. My only complaint is not with Ritz, but with UPS. Instead of getting a signature, the driver left the box containing camera and accessories on the patio underneath the slideout on our camper.

The camera is easy to use and takes very good pics. I like the weight and grip of the Canon, it fits into my hand perfectly. Besides the camera, stock (2) lenses, strap, SD card, battery, and charger; all the Polaroid accessories are pretty useless, waste/junk. Very cheap and frankly worthless. The tripod is usable however very cheaply made. Probably end up buying a quality one sometime down the road. Also the case is okay but will eventually will need to purchase a better/bigger one soon.

The Canon Rebel T6i is a fantastic camera, and is a really reasonable price for what you get, and the 5 stars is for that alone. The rest of the kit, minus the bigger lenses would get 3 stars; the bigger lenses 4. The larger lenses are both Canon, and therefor of good quality, though they are far from top of the line. I have, however, been able to take some really excellent photos with both of them. The smaller lenses are nice if you dont want to do anything serious with them, but just take a few pictures for fun. Their quality, and the quality of the pictures, is subpar, and I would never rely on them for important pictures. The flash unit is fine, and works as you would want - same goes for the tripod. The bag quality is bad - I had 2 zippers break within the first day, and it doesnt even fit the whole kit well. In all, if I could go back, I would buy the T6i with a kit lens, and then add to the kit myself with better alternatives.

Finally back into a real camera, I have missed my 35mm, I had all the toys with it. This was a great starter package to get back what I needed again. On the down side: bag is a bit small, its hard to take all the possible things you want in it and keep a lens attached to the body. The Wide Angle and Macro lens are not true lenses, they are more like filters. They do the job ok, but if you want to really take wide angles or macro shots, get real ones. It was missing hoods, but you can find inexpensive ones easily enough. It can do a lot, so take the time to read up on it. I bought the Cannon EOS Rebel T6i for dummies, and it was worth it. buy it and I think you will be happy with it
